MEET OUR TEAM

DAVID FOX has been a professional photographer since his teens. Originally a photojournalist, he earned a degree in filmmaking at Emerson College in 1982, and opened a video production company. In 1993, finding himself widowed with two small children, David re-examined his goals in life. Inspired by study at the Maine MediaWorkshops, he returned to his roots, building a reputation for excellence in photography along with a growing client base. In recent years, together with his wife, Greta, he has further developed and expanded the business, which now offers an array of top quality photo and video services. A believer in giving back, he has partnered with the Art BeCAUSE Breast Cancer Foundation, a non-profit group committed to funding research dedicated to eradicating the environmental causes of breast cancer.

GRETA FOX has been part of the company since 1997. She has a background in both management and the arts, and is also a women’s health nurse practitioner. As the business grew, she adjusted her clinical work to part-time. Greta now devotes the majority of her time to the company as David's partner and office manager, and works with the production team on post-production editing, digital artwork and album design. She enjoys switching hats and is never, ever bored.

AARON MORRIS is a graduate of Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in Photography. As a child at family gatherings he would always steal the camera and take pictures. Needing to fill an empty period in high school, Aaron signed up for a photography class, then spent the better part of the next four years in the darkroom. This continued in college, where he devoted much of his time to shooting, developing, and printing black and white film, while also dabbling in color and taking some digital photography classes. Through years of schooling and personal experimentation, Aaron has nurtured an expertise in the visual arts field that he brings to our team. His versatile abilities includes photo editing, digital correction, digital artwork and custom-printing photos, as well video editing and production. His own artwork is often seen at art exhibits around town.

COLE BELLAMY started in the family tradition of art, drawing and painting, at the age of seven. When he was eleven he discovered his late grandfather’s 4x5 film camera and saw his first print magically appear in a tray. He was hooked. His first paid photography was as an undergraduate in Brunswick, Maine, and he’s been following his passion ever since. Cole freelances, combining technical skill, an inherited artistic sense, a friendly personality, and a lot of experience with a joy for his craft. On weekdays, Cole can be found at E.P. Levine, where he also works as a camera equipment sales specialist, greatly relied upon by his fellow industry professionals for his knowledge and expertise.

LEISE SMYRL JONES studied at the New England School of Photography (NESOP) and also holds a Bachelor's Degree from Mount Holyoke College. She worked for six years in the non-profit sector as a lobbyist and community organizer before deciding to pursue her passion for photography. Her commercial photography runs the gamut of events, weddings, portraits, photojournalism, and food photography. Leise is outgoing, witty, welcoming, and approaches every job with an eye for storytelling. She lives in the Roslindale neighborhood of Boston and is an avid runner and reader.

MARK WILSON studied photography at the Art Institute of Boston and at the Rochester Institute of Technology. In the early 90’s Mark worked as a freelance assistant to commercial photographers in the Boston area. His first assignment was for the Inc. Magazine. Lacking the funds for professional strobe equipment, he improvised with a Hasselblad camera, slide film and a flashlight as his sole light source. This “light-painting” style became a trusted method and soon he was shooting for magazines such as Fast Company, Wired and Smart Money. One of Mark’s favorite subjects is musicians, as he’s an avid drummer in his free time. A DownBeat magazine cover portrait of blues legends B.B. King and Buddy Guy remains a career highlight.Always looking for the moments that define an event or person, Mark continues to strive for excellence and artistry in his photographic work.
